    Don Matías Gran Reserva owes its name to the founder of Cousiño Macul. It is a wine with a pure and elegant style, its quality begins with the selection of vineyards and continues rigorously during handling and vinification until bottling. Over the years it has become a favorite among consumers and media.

    Don Matías Carmenere is a very versatile wine for pairings. Excellent to accompany medium intensity or spicy preparations, such as ravioli stuffed with ricotta, lean baked beef, stewed chicken or, as a vegetarian option, an eggplant lasagna.

    Bright ruby ​​red in color. Aromas of red fruits, raspberry, strawberry, slightly floral and also reminiscent of red paprika. In the mouth it stands out for being a friendly and juicy wine, with medium acidity and present but subtle tannins.
