This premium blend is ideal to accompany slow-cooked meats such as plated with rustic puree, and other high-intensity red meats such as lamb or steak.

This garnet-colored wine stands out on the nose for its touches of ripe black fruit, such as plum and cherry, continuing with red paprika, saline notes, leather and wood. In the mouth it has a soft and sweet entry, with silky tannins and hints of tobacco. It has a medium acidity that provides freshness thanks to the Syrah it contains, and has a long and persistent finish.
