It comes from the best and oldest Cabernet Sauvignon plot of our Macul vineyards, planted in 1932. At the foot of the Andes Mountains, Macul is characterized by being a loamy soil with a small percentage of clay and a strong presence of rocks, providing a wine of origin full of character.
This wine comes in an elegant case typical of its line.
Perfect for a special occasion, with intense and balanced preparations, based on roasted or cooked red meats, such as a roast lamb Ragoût, Fillet Wellington, Venison or wild boar marinated in white wine, Rabbit Ragoût with rosemary, Goose Confit. As a vegetarian option we recommend a 4 cheese risotto with mushrooms and apricot.
Jardín de Macul is a wine of origin, the idea of a Cabernet Sauvignon with 100% of the character of Macul, with minty, earthy notes, spices and incense. On the palate it is a juicy wine, full of ripe fruit, all in a context of softness.
