• Don Luis Chardonnay

Cousiño Macul was one of the first Chilean vineyards to produce Chardonnay. The vines were originally established in the Maipo Valley, from stakes brought from the Burgundy region of France in the late 19th century. Over time, the Vineyard defined two different styles of Chardonnay. This Don Luis Chardonnay has a fresh and fruity style without passing through wood.

This wine combines very well with fresh and hot seafood preparations with a certain volume or density. Some examples would be pasta with seafood sauce, salmon with potatoes au gratin, and seafood parmesan.

Golden in color with greenish reflections and bright, this wine presents pleasant fresh and tropical aromas, where melon, sweet banana and pineapple stand out. In the mouth it has a refreshing acidity and a persistent fruity sensation that confirms aromas and great balance.
