    Don Luis Reserva - Carmenere

    This Carménère is a great example of its variety and has the vivid character of our vineyards. It is a fruity and balanced type of Carménère.

    Ideal to accompany preparations of lean or spicy white meats, pastrami and medium intensity cheeses. It is also an excellent complement to vegetarian preparations such as gnocchi with pesto, grilled vegetables, mushroom risotto or corn-based preparations.

    This Carménère is a young wine, with a bright carmine red color of medium intensity and purple edges. It presents fruity aromas reminiscent of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and cherries, as well as black fruits such as ripe blackberries. It also presents notes of spices such as black pepper and green pepper.
