This Syrah seeks to be representative of its variety. It has the vivid and recent character of our vineyards. It is a fruity and balanced type of Syrah.

We recommend accompanying this Syrah with hams and smoked charcuterie, some boards of medium intensity cheeses, such as goat and sheep cheese. It is also ideal for medium-high intensity preparations such as a roasted picana tip with au gratin potatoes.
It stands out for its bright reddish-purple color, which demonstrates its youth. On the nose, cassis and blackberry fruits stand out, with some floral aromas reminiscent of violets that enrich the experience. In the mouth, a voluminous wine is perceived, with round and ripe tannins, with balanced acidity and a long finish.
