• Don Luis Sauvignon Blanc

In 1863 Luis and Isidora Goyenechea traveled to France to study the vineyards and wineries of Bordeaux. There they bought cuttings of vines, including Sauvignon Blanc from Martillac in Graves. With the mass selection process, the descendants of these vines now grow in the Macul and Buin vineyards. The varietal character of this wine makes it easy to drink and enjoy.

This wine harmonizes very well with vegetable or sea preparations such as oysters, ceviche and Greek or caprese salad. Ideal to accompany fresh and mineral cheeses such as goat cheese.

Bright pale yellow color. Subtly herbaceous, floral and fruity aromas reminiscent of passion fruit, grapefruit, fresh pineapple and elderflower. In the mouth it has a high acidity that enhances the experience, it is fresh with tropical notes and a very long persistence.
