• Isidora Riesling

    The name of this wine was inspired by Isidora Goyenechea, a 19th century businesswoman who revolutionized the wine industry in Chile. The Riesling cuttings were brought from Germany and have managed to develop in the Maipo Valley with a distinctive personality.

    Ideal to serve cold and accompany preparations with a high minerality such as oysters, ceviche and other types such as Japanese food, sweet and sour and Greek salad.

    Pale and shiny greenish in color. Fresh aromas faithful to the variety that are reminiscent of tropical fruits, flowers, pear, grapefruit and green apple. In the mouth it maintains a high acidity and confirms the aromas, mainly citrus and green apple.
