Welcome, Bem-vindos, Welcome! Chile's air borders have reopened to tourism as of today, November 23, 2020, and we are very happy to welcome our dear foreign tourists again, this time with rigorous sanitary measures to ensure that their visit is 100% safe.
Viña Cousiño Macul was one of the first wineries in Chile to reopen its doors to visitors after the lockdown was lifted. With our eyes on reopenings abroad, in recent months we have developed a health protocol that allows us to provide a service which seeks to protect the health of both our visitors and our collaborators.
If you are thinking of visiting us, we leave you the list of mandatory health measures that you must comply with to take your tour:
- To access the vineyard, each person must complete the “Health Declaration” form, which must be shown at the gate upon entry. If any sign of contagion is detected or the person is not in optimal health conditions to take part in the tour, access will be denied. The “Health Declaration” form will be sent to your email the day before the visit.
- Anyone entering the vineyard must wear their mask correctly at all times.
- Social distancing of a minimum of 1.5 metres between each person is requested.
- Each person is responsible for following the tour guide's instructions throughout the tour.
- Direct payment at the Vineyard, by credit or debit card, cash or checks will not be accepted.
- Viña Cousiño Macul reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or change the date and route of the tours in the event of any internal or external eventuality.
- We recommend that you bring your own water bottles so that we can take care of the environment by reducing the generation of garbage. As a sanitary measure to prevent the spread of Covid-19, we cannot have water dispensers available.
Taking care of ourselves is everyone's responsibility!
