Don Matías Gran Reserva owes its name to the founder of Cousiño Macul. It is a pure and elegant wine, whose quality begins from the selection of its plots in the vineyard to its bottling. Over the years it has evolved to become one of the favorites of consumers and the specialized press.

Ideal complement for a Veined Loin with mashed sweet potato or spicy pasta, for example, pesto, for its freshness. Also an excellent option to accompany semi-ripe and hard cheeses, as an aperitif.
Bright ruby red color with medium depth. On the nose, a complexity of aromas is perceived where herbaceous and fresh notes such as mint, red fruits, strawberries and figs stand out, and then give way to a soft toasted sensation. In the mouth it presents a fruity entry, mature and elegant tannins of medium intensity, medium-high acidity, flavors consistent with its fruity aromas and a long final sensation.
