This wine shows all the varietal character of Cabernet Sauvignon. Entirely fermented in stainless steel vats, the emphasis is on maintaining the vivid character derived from the vineyards. It is a Cabernet Sauvignon without wood, fruity and balanced, but well structured allowing it to accompany main dishes.

Harmonies

Due to its varietal characteristics, it is an excellent wine to accompany simple dishes such as pork chops, medium-high spicy preparations or cold charcuterie, including salami and semi-hard cheeses.

Tasting Notes

Bright ruby red color. Fresh and fruity aromas, where blackberry, raspberries, tobacco leaves, toffee and a very subtle mint stand out. In the mouth it is a tasty, fruity and elegant wine, with medium acidity and docile tannins. The entry is progressive and the sensation persists for a long time.
